It Is Christmas Eve!!

Can you believe that it is all ready Christmas Eve and tomorrow is Christmas. (yay) I am sooo excited!! This year has gone by really fast. I can't believe it is almost over. I am done with all of my Christmas shopping and I think Mom and Dad are done with their Christmas shopping. Now, we just have to do the wrapping. I love Christmas; it is my favorite time of year. I don’t really know why but there something with the music, the lights, and the snow. I don’t know but I just really like this time of year. Some of my family’s traditions are getting a Christmas tree on Thanksgiving, making an ornament for the tree and watching a movie on Christmas Eve. One of our other traditions is doing a moving nativity scene. Andrew and I move the pieces of the nativity scene and then on Christmas Eve we put Jesus in the manger with the others. Oh, I can’t wait for tomorrow.
Well, I better go and wrap presents!!

I'm 13!!!

I’m 13!! My B-day was earlier this week and yes, I turned 13. Ok, here is what I did on my B-day. Mom and I left the house around 9:00am EST (Eastern Stander Time) to go to the mall. When, we got to the mall I thought we were just going to shop and get a couple of things but, instead Mom let me get my make-up done at the Clinique counter. It looked so good, except for the lip stick; it looked good at first but the longer I wore it the darker it got. Now I’m allowed to were make-up as long as it is modest. After that, Mom and I went to Olive Garden to get some lunch. When we were done eating lunch Mom told the waitress it was my B-day and then they did the whole clapping and singing thing. When we were done with lunch, we went to Toy’s R Us to get some of Hannah’s and Andrew’s Christmas. Well, we got Hannah’s Christmas. Andrew’s Christmas well, lets just say, Mom and I both agree that Dad needs to do his Christmas this year. Andrew does not ask for anything for Christmas so Mom has no clue what to get him but Dad seems to know. After that, we decided to head home. Later that day, Mom made my cake. (Which was REALLY good) Then, I got to open my presents. I got a CD, some PJ’s, a hair dryer, a ring and some make-up. I had a really good B-day and I am so glad I am 13.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Hi Everyone. I know it is not Thanksgiving yet, but I want to post this early. Hope you are all doing well. For Thanksgiving we do not normally do much, except for having a Big dinner and thanking God for all he has given us. Most Thanksgiving's we pull out all our Christmas decorations and decorate the house. We will properly do that this year too. When I was younger, we would go and get a Christmas tree on Thanksgiving day, but since we moved it is hard to find a tree farm opened on Thanksgiving. This year we are having a few relatives from out of state come, but that is about all. Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving.
